We were founded in 2005 and located to Room 10, No. 147-3, Tanbei West Second Road, Lisheng Community, Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City Guangdong Province. By offering a variety of metal finishing services, we are able to be a one-stop shop for our customers. While our main industries we provide processing for consist of aerospace, military, medical; we also work with commercial industries that require a high end cosmetic finish on all their products. Zhongshan SanFeng is a manufacturer and exporter of aluminum products, located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, which is the largest production base of aluminum products in China. Our aluminum suppliers are ISO-9001 certified enterprises, the material and mechanical properties of raw materials are fully guaranteed, and the price is quite competitive. Our company has a perfect quality management system, which can meet the requirements of customers in terms of product quality, delivery time and after-sales service. Our aluminum products are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, Britain, Denmark, Sweden and Japan. Our company is equipped with processing and production equipment, there are more than 100 sets of CNC machining centers, sawing machines, lathes, milling machines, punching machines, engraving machines, argon arc welding, wire drawing machines, grinding and mechanical polishing, silk screen printing and other production equipment, and there are standing oxidation workshop, which can be done brushed, sandblasted, coloring and so on. Our production process technicians can solve the technical difficulties of extrusion, machining, precision forging, high strengthening heat treatment and corrosion-resistant oxidized surface treatment of aluminum products for our customers, and provide diversified processing services and one-stop purchasing services for our customers. According to the different product design and customized export packaging, our products can withstand long-distance ocean transportation and loading and unloading. In order to apply different surface effects, SanFeng is equipped with oxidizing production lines, wire drawing machines, polishing machines and sand blasting machines. We are able to produce different surface finishes such as oxidizing and coloring on pieces up to five meters long or small. We implement strict quality inspection, from raw materials to machining, surface treatment, assembly, packaging and so on. In addition, we also implement quality inspection to ensure that we provide good quality products to our customers.
