This equipment is equipped with an intelligent numerical control system, enabling high-precision machining at the level of ±0.005mm. It breaks through the geometric limitations of traditional three-axis equipment and is particularly proficient in handling complex curved surfaces of impeller blades in the aerospace field, lightweight irregular structural parts in the automotive industry, and precise molding of human implants in the medical field.
 
Through the five-axis synchronous interpolation technology, the machining efficiency of a single piece has been increased by more than 40% compared with traditional processes, reducing clamping errors and shortening the delivery cycle at the same time. With the constant-temperature machining environment and the full-process quality traceability system, we have successfully provided customized solutions for several multinational enterprises, marking that the company's core competitiveness in the field of high-end manufacturing has reached a new level.
